Admissions at NLF Rehab
Taking the first step is the hardest part. We make the rest easy.
The Admissions Process
Step 1: Confidential Assessment
Call our admissions team at (209) 563-9118 or email [email protected]. A trained counselor will conduct a confidential pre-screening to understand your situation, substance use history, and treatment needs. This call typically takes 15 to 20 minutes and is completely free and without obligation.
Step 2: Insurance Verification
Our admissions coordinators will verify your insurance benefits and explain your coverage, including any out-of-pocket costs. We work with most major insurance providers and also offer private pay options and flexible payment plans. We handle all the paperwork so you can focus on getting well.
Step 3: Clinical Evaluation
Upon arrival at our facility, our clinical team conducts a thorough medical and psychological assessment. This evaluation determines your appropriate level of care, whether that is medical detox, residential treatment, or outpatient programming.
Step 4: Personalized Treatment Plan
Based on your evaluation, our multidisciplinary team develops an individualized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs, goals, and circumstances. This plan evolves throughout your stay as you progress in recovery.
Step 5: Begin Treatment
Most clients can be admitted within 24 to 48 hours of their initial call. We offer transportation assistance from the greater Santa Rosa and Sonoma County area. Our team will guide you through every step to make the transition as smooth as possible.
