About NLF Rehab
Six years of mission-driven addiction treatment in the heart of Sonoma County. Discover who we are and why over 4,800 clients have trusted NLF Rehab with their recovery.
Our Story
NLF Rehab was founded in 2020 by a group of addiction medicine specialists and recovery advocates who recognized a critical need for high-quality, accessible treatment in Northern California. Opening our doors during one of the most challenging periods in modern history, we witnessed firsthand how the pandemic deepened the substance use crisis across Sonoma County and beyond.
What began as a vision to create a treatment center that combined clinical excellence with genuine compassion quickly grew into a 72-bed facility staffed by 150 dedicated professionals. Located at 201 D St in Santa Rosa, our campus was designed to provide a sanctuary for healing, surrounded by the natural beauty of wine country.
In just six years, NLF Rehab has served over 4,800 clients, earning a reputation as one of the most trusted addiction treatment centers in the region. Our rapid growth reflects not just the demand for quality care, but the lasting results our clients achieve.

What Our Alumni Say
"NLF Rehab gave me a second chance. I entered the residential program feeling hopeless and left three months later with a clear mind, real coping skills, and a support network I still rely on today. The staff treated me like family from day one."
"I had been to other treatment centers before, but NLF Rehab was different. The dual diagnosis program finally addressed my depression alongside my addiction. Dr. Sharma and her team helped me understand the connection between the two, and for the first time, treatment actually stuck."
"I was terrified of detox, but the nursing team made me feel safe every step of the way. After detox, I transitioned to the outpatient program so I could keep working. That flexibility saved my career and my sobriety. I celebrated one year clean in January 2026."
"The family program at NLF Rehab helped my entire household heal. Lisa Chen worked with us to rebuild trust and communication. My husband completed residential treatment in November 2025, and our family is stronger than ever."
